Free Mencap learning disability seminar
The Centre for Independent Living will be hosting a free seminar organised by Mencap, the leading UK charity for people with a learning disability and their families, later this month.
Called Planning for the Future, the seminar will offer information about how a family member with a learning disability will manage financially when relatives and carers are no longer around to support them.
A local solicitor with experience of drafting wills and trusts for the benefit of people with a learning disability will be at the seminar. It will be an ideal opportunity to ask any questions that you may have with regards to your family will.
The seminar will take place between 12.30pm and 2.30pm on Tuesday 28 February at the Centre for Independent Living. For more information contact:
